Let the countdown begin ...

Starting today there are 65 days left until our Great Strides walk in Des Moines, Iowa - Saturday, May 21st.

Andrea and I have been working on a project to entice people to visit our Great Strides donation homepage and we're hoping that people not only donate but invite others to follow suit. Here's how it works:

There will be a sneak peek of a rose image everyday. SIXTY-FIVE total as we count down to walk day.

Every day there will be a new picture to wow you. But the only way to see the full image is by visiting our Great Strides homepage. Once you're there, read our story and then please ... not only do we ask that you make a donation, but we want you to share this and ask all your friends to donate what they can as well. $5 bucks will do if that's all one can afford. Imagine...hundreds of people donating $5 bucks each! Heck, if Obama could raise millions that way, why can't we...right?

This really should be quite fun. Think of it as a "Where's Waldo" game, but instead of looking for Waldo, you're looking for a rose.
